  • Facebook Account is required to sign up for Sumica. Allow Sumica to get your information easier including your Account name, your telephone number and your email address.
  • When you are logged in via Facebook and your current email address is the same as your social login, your email address will be verified automatically.
  • Besides, you can sign up by your Google account.
Please contact us immediately via telephone or via email. We will lock your account, verify your information and restore your account.
In case your Facebook account is hacked, which leads to the problem when signing in Sumica, please contact Help Center of Facebook. We do not take any responsibility of this issue.
Sumica will file and privately secure your account and Personal Data. For more information, please read our Policy
  • Make sure that your GPS is on.
  • Click on GPS icon on Sumica Application.
  • The Blue Point is your current location.

Sumica Operation

  • Step 1: Search for the area you want in "Search" bar.
  • Step 2: Choose the types of property in "Category".
  • Step 3: Select the condition you would like to have in the "Filters", then click "Search".
  • Step 4: All appropriate properties are on the maps, you can convert them into a list by choosing "Show List"
You can explore all of information of the property, namely price, size, features, etc
  • Step 1: Request contact information in property details.
  • Step 2: Enter your profile & tenancy information.
  • Step 3: Wait for agreement from Owner.
  • Step 4: Get notification from Sumica when the owner accepted.
  • The contact will be sent to you within 4 hours.
At the menu bar, select "Contact List" to review the contact information of the owner you had requested.
During your time with Sumica, you can add the places that you think it would be suitable into "Favorites" for easily comparing and selecting.
  • Step 1: Select to view detailed information of this property
  • Step 2: At the top right corner, click on the "Heart" icon
  • Step 3: Selected properties have been added to your "Favorite"
You are completely unrestricted by adding suitable properties to "Favorites".
You can make a comparison between two properties after adding them into “Favorites”, you can click “Compare” to see the similarities and the differences which are easy for you to come to decision.
We will save your latest search. All of these information will be showed on “Welcome Screen” and whenever you click on “Search” bar.
The most recent filters will be saved and showed on maps whenever you open the Application.

New Exploration

Please select the role: "Explorer" when posting pictures of rental houses. The process is as follows:
  • On the main screen, Select "New exploration" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Capture 3 images: Overview, Advertising plate, Address plate *
  • Upload
*In case Address plate is not clear or unavailable, instead of photographing, it is possible to insert information by typing.
  • A photo with high quality, enough brightness, no blur.
  • Assure to have one photo of the overview of property, one photo of contact information and one photo of address details.
  • Click on “Bin” icon to delete photos.
  • Continue to take another photo.
You may only delete a post if the rental location has not been confirmed by Sumica. The process is as follows:
  • In “My Contributions”, swipe left your post to delete.
  • Click “Yes” if you agree to delete or vice versa, click “No”.
  • Select the location you want and information panel appears.
  • Click on the information to find out more details.
Please close the app, then re-open it. If this problem still happens, please inform us via: “Help Centre” and select “Report App Issue”.
In “My Pins”, there will appear a status of the place which you have contributed, including confirmation.

Points Accumulation and rewards exchange

Points are considered when you post new posts, no duplicate posts which points are given and can be exchanged for rewards afterwards.
One point is equivalent to 1,000VND.
You can get 20 points whenever you contribute a new place
Rewards are considered to be telephone cards or other gifts and can be exchanged in “Rewards” section.
You can check your points and exchange for rewards in “Reward” section.
When points are gained sufficiently and are verified by our Sumica Administrators, rewards can be given in “Rewards” section.
  • Step 1: Go to “Rewards” section
  • Step 2: Swipe to select your most interesting items
  • Step 3: Exchange your reward by points
  • Step 4: Wait for confirmation (3-7 days)
  • Step 5: Get Rewards code in “Rewards” section
  • Your post must be new, not be duplicate and accurate which is verified by Sumica Administrators.
  • In addition, it takes at least 3 business working days for Sumica Administrators to verify your post and photos about rental real estate property, to guarantee the accuracy, the update, fault avoidance when you are earning points.
Anytime you have enough points to exchange a gift in “Rewards” section, you can exchange immediately.
Yes, since the date of approval, points will be expired after 12 months.
In case your points are sufficient for exchange, you can exchange for Rewards in “Rewards” section.
Otherwise, your points will be filed in 12 months, then be expired.
If Sumica is terminated, Contributor has 30 days to exchange rewards. After 30 days, we do not take any responsibility with any reasons or under any circumstances.
